We help people buy homes and income producing real estate.  The best way to build wealth is through real estate.  We also work on finding and providing homes that can be purchased with lease/options to help people get into their own homes who may be temporarily credit challenged.  The lease/option provides time for someone to save up money and improve their credit in order to qualify for a mortgage.
