Our real estate activities include helping people buy homes. Our mission is to help people build personal wealth through real estate. We don't write listings or represent sellers. And, we strive to provide rental property that is of good value, clean and well maintained. For people with credit issues we try to find nice homes in good locations that people can "lease/option" for a one to two year period. This allows them time to improve their credit scores, get approved for a mortgage, save up more money for their down payment and closing costs and close on the home they are leasing.
Our debt purchase activities include helping people get their debt paid off by reducing the amount owed and helping them set up a payment plan that works for them to pay off the balance.
Our credit repair info activities include educating people about credit, credit scoring and how they can improve their credit scores. Our goal is to provide people with the sources of information they need to improve their credit sufficiently to be able to obtain a mortgage and buy a home on their own. We are not a "credit repair organization" as defined by law. We refer people to educational material only. We do not offer credit repair services, nor credit repair advice. As mentioned above, we also help out by providing homes in nice condition in good areas on a lease/option basis. The buyer leases the home with an option to purchase anytime in one to two years. This allows them the opportunity and time to improve their credit and build up money to help with down payment and closing costs.
